Our facility is unlike any gym you’ve been to before. World Class Fitness Program

Fitter, Faster & Stronger
Our Coaches work hard to ensure that our programming is broad and versatile ensuring it's enjoyable yet pushes you to achieve results.

Group Fitness Classes

Find your fit with your community
If there’s one thing that separates us from other strength-and-conditioning programs, it will be the community. In my opinion, this factor is just as important as technique, coaching and programming. The emphasis on community is what’s changing the mental health of the members at each gym and what has the capacity to impact the greater community of people in general.

Online Workout Tracking

Members Portal
Log your workouts and track progress through our smartphone app or via the members kiosk in the gym. Monitor your progress, record your personal achievements and daily results to ensure you're on the right track to achieving your goals

Capped Class Sizes

More than a number to us
We want you to get the attention and quality of training you deserve and that's why all our classes are capped at 14. If class registrations exceed this number we will simply put more quality coaches on the floor, for that classes time slot.

Friendships & Accountability

What's in a community?
At Terranora Fitness we like to make sure that everyone knows your name. There are no mirrors or egos in our gym, just like minded individuals pushing themselves to one common goal ``be better than yesterday``. The importance of community support is to provide motivation and accountability. When we’re tired and are struggling to complete a workout we begin to doubt our ability to finish, having people encourage us gives us the belief that we can do it!

Nutrition

What to eat
As a guide line we recommend a transition to eating quality foods that our bodies are designed to eat. This is the tough part for most people as grains, bread, and other processed carbohydrates are not in this group. Think lean meats, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, with the majority of food you consume to be made up of lean protein and plenty of fibrous vegetables. In saying this we are all human, and life is short, so enjoy what you eat and remember everything in moderation.
