About Terranora Fitness

We are not your typical gym. You won't find machines or mirrors here. Instead, your body is the machine and our trainers are your mirror. We will teach you safe and proper form.

You'll learn Olympic weightlifting techniques and body weight drills. You'll use barbells, gymnastic rings, ropes, pull-up bars, kettle bells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes and jump ropes. You’ll learn movements like the Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Deadlift, Squat, Pull Up, Kettle Bell Swing, Rope Climb, Box Jump and more.

Don't worry if these terms are unfamiliar to you they will soon be second nature! All of these movements are performed at a high intensity relative to your level of fitness, and are constantly varied. Say goodbye to boring gym routines!

We're focused on filling our gym with encouraging and supportive people who want to make the most of their training time and improve their fitness. We are a community of people who are willing to train hard and have a great time doing so.

Do not be intimidated! Everything we do at Terranora Fitness is scalable, we can modify every movement of every workout, to ensure that you are performing at your own peak. We'll help you get into the best shape of your life... safely!

Our gym caters to people from all walks of life regardless of age, gender, experience or level of fitness. We want to change as many lives as possible.


We love helping our members achieve their very best, so on our blog you’ll discover what’s new in the health, fitness and wellbeing world – including workouts and nutritional hints and tips to help fast track your success.


We are so inspired by members who achieve incredible things every single day, both inside and outside of our gyms. Whether that’s overcoming mental or physical challenges, losing weight, toning up, improving fitness to take part in a charity run or marathon, gaining that little bit extra confidence… or just having fun in a space where they feel welcome to come and be themselves.


All of our equipment was custom designed and manufactured with the member in mind. We primarily use Barbells and Bumper Plates along with Kettlebells, Wall Balls, Dead Balls and our 14 metre long rig that most of our workouts are centred around, along with Rowers and Air bikes plus much more. We use chalk and we play music, all in the name of fitness.


We offer a range of different classes and will periodically add new class types based off member feed back. Check the timetable at the top of the website


We encourage everyone to use the online portal 'Zen Planner' to track results, record weights and any other notes from your session at the gym. This ensures you are progressing towards your realistic short and long term goals by hitting milestones.
